B1 Windows is proudly owned and operated by Kāpiti locals Bruce and Sheena Morgan. Growing up on a Nelson farm, Bruce has been fixing things since he was a boy, becoming an adept handyperson early on. He spent many years working across different industries, gathering a solid skill base in farm management, logistics and supply management, and more.

B1 Windows has been a natural follow-on for Bruce. His skill base gives him the unique advantage of being able to not just report problems, but in many cases, fix them himself. This means smoother sailing for both property owners and tenants, fewer delays and greater satisfaction all around. And for those problems Bruce can’t fix himself, he has qualified, trusted trade contacts to call on.

Bruce and Sheena have been Kāpiti locals for many years now. With both their sons grown and grandkids to watch grow up, the couple love Kāpiti and its community, of which they are active members. Bruce is a long time Rotary member, and the chairperson of the Lifting the Lid on Youth Suicide project launched by Rotary in 2019. This passion project has saved many lives around Kapiti by ensuring at-risk youths receive the necessary treatment and professional support.
